What is in my bag

Sometimes I am asked as to what cameras I shoot my weddings and portraits, so I thought that I should share with you what is in my bag. As you will see I am a Nikon shooter and only use Nikon best.

Cameras:

  • Nikon D700
  • Nikon D200 (back-ups)

Lenses:

  • Nikkor 70-200 mm f2.8
  • Nikkor 15-55 mm  f2.8
  • Nikkor 17-35 mm f2.8
  • Nikkor 24-70 mm f2.8
  • Nikkor 10.5 mm f2.8 Fish Eye (one of my favorite lenses)
  • Nikkor 50 mm f1.8
  • Sigma 70 mm 2.8 macro lens (for all the detail shots)

Flashes and other equipment:

  • Nikon SB-900 Speedlight
  • Nikon SB-800 Speedlight
  • Nikon SB-600 Speedlight
  • Quantum Qflash 5d-R
  • Lowell i-light Video Light  with bescor battery
  • Sekonic L-358 Light Meter

All of my lenses, I must say my favorites have to be the Nikkor 70-200 VR f2.8 and the 17-55mm f2.8. Both are very sharp, accurate and fast. For fun, I love the 10.5mm f2.8 Fisheye. A very fun lens.
